What makes VIS-Nitro different from other nitrogen generators?

 

VIS-Nitro is designed for the inflation of truck tires, it:

·         produces more nitrogen, more efficiently

What’s the difference between car and truck tire

nitrogen inflation?

 

Inflating an 18 wheel truck requires 1,000 times

more nitrogen than inflating 4 car tires. 

 

 

 

What is nitrogen generator efficiency?

 

The efficiency of a nitrogen generator is the amount

of air it takes to generate nitrogen.

Most nitrogen generators operate at less than 50%

efficiency, meaning it takes more than 2 gallons of air

to produce 1 gallon of nitrogen. 

 

 

 

How is VIS-Nitro more efficient than other generators?

 

VIS-Nitro uses premium separation membranes to produce more

than 1 gallon of nitrogen for each 2 gallons of air inlet. 

VIS-Nitro also has two pneumatic circuits that improve nitrogen

purity and reduce air consumption.   

VIS-Nitro uses less air to make more nitrogen.

 

 

 

Why is a large receiver tank important?

 

A receiver tank is used to buffer nitrogen supply during times

of peak demand. A 120 gallon receiver tank ensures
VIS-Nitro can supply
the simultaneous inflation of multiple
truck tires at once.

 

 

How does VIS-Nitro automate tire inflation?

 

VIS-Nitro comes with an inflation controller that

measures the pressure in a tire and adds or removes

nitrogen until the tire is within 0.5psi of a target pressure,

all with the push of a single button.  

 

 

 

How does VIS-Nitro inflate multiple tires simultaneously?

 

VIS-Nitro includes a multi-tire inflation manifold and hoses

with lock-on chucks.  When inflating multiple tires, the inflation

controller will automatically fill all tires to within 0.5psi of a

target pressure.   

 

 

 

Why does VIS-Nitro require less maintenance?

 

VIS-Nitro requires less maintenance because it uses premium pre-filters.

The six stage filters and large carbon bed supplied with VIS-Nitro require

only annual replacement.
